Established a graphic art department for this $14 million international jewelry wholesaler. Instrumental in recruiting staff and a team of 5 creative and web designers. Managed departmental cost controls and expenditures.

Conceived and implemented new marketing strategies, created new brand image,and led design and production of collateral materials targeting boutique and mass merchandisers resulting in growth from $700.000 to $14+ million.

Designed national magazine ads currently breaking all response records in company’s history.

Designed and developed sales and marketing materials including sales manuals, print advertisements, trade show materials, display signs, direct mailers, packaging and point-of-purchase display materials.

Managed purchasing, administration, upgrade and maintenance of technology systems and equipment. Handled all communications and computer files for printing and packaging production in China.
